Traditional methods of hair removal, such as shaving and depilation with hot or cold wax, are not effective enough to achieve a permanent effect, but their effect is temporary.
Unlike traditional methods, epilation removes hair permanently. Laser epilation is a non-invasive, painless and safe method of permanent hair removal.
How it works
During the epilation procedure, the laser beam is absorbed in the pigment of the hair follicle, so that the light energy of the laser is converted into thermal energy and thus the follicle is permanently destroyed. The hair follicle contains the most pigment when it is in the active phase of growth and the laser only works effectively on it then, and for this reason it is necessary to repeat the treatment several times, usually once a month.

How many treatments are needed?
The number of treatments is individual and depends on various factors, such as: type of hair, degree of thinning and the region to be treated, and is determined after detailed consultation with the expert Esthetique Prive team.
Is laser hair removal safe?
Laser hair removal is a completely safe and non-invasive treatment. The laser acts exclusively on the hair follicle, and tissues in the immediate vicinity are not damaged. From treatment to treatment, the skin is smoother and softer, and the complexion is more beautiful.
Prepare for the treatment
Five days before, as well as five days after the treatment, the client must not be exposed to the sun.
Immediately before the treatment, it is necessary to remove all the hairs from the region to be treated with a razor, in order to avoid scattering the laser energy on the part of the hair that is above the surface of the skin.
Between two treatments, we advise you to remove the hair as little as possible.
It is most ideal to remove them only before the next treatment, exclusively with a razor or scissors on the face area.
Depilation with wax and electric epilators is not allowed while coming for epilation treatments.
